Effect of tooltips preview 

Version:           4.7 pre (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                Linux

When you have encoded utf8 content in mail, those look wrongly decoded in
preview but are right in message content

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
find a mail with utf8 content

Actual Results:  
wrong decoding in preview

Expected Results:  
right encoding like in message viewer
