I was trying to add a new (egroupware) calendar and address book resource.  In
both cases I tried to "fetch" the available egroupware resource.  However
nothing appears.  When I tried to end the process by choosing "cancel" Kontact
crashed.  This backtrace is from the addition of the calendar resource.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
