I deleted Bogofilter's database with 'rm ~/.bogofilter/wordlist.db' and am
training it again using the "Spam" "Not Spam" buttons in KMail.

It seems to work now. So at least in my case I think it was Bogofilter's and
not KMail's fault.

(The fancy spam headers are still missing, but that's not what this bug is
about)
