reply to uses  the "to"  from the original message as sender not the one which
is selected in the composer

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
create  to accounts and 2 identities
reply incoming mail from one account using identity from other account

Actual Results:  
identity from incoming mail isused regardless what identity is selected in the
identity


Expected Results:  
take the selected identity 

IMHO the values (identities and others) selected in the composer must have
highest priority.


OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
