- What I was doing when the application crashed:
kmail2 was chugging thru being busy and generally unresponsive after I
restarted after a switch from the mysql backend to the sqlite backend. I left
it unattended - about an hour later I returned to find the 'certificate check'
popup for the ssl connection to my IMAP server, upon clicking 'accept
permanently' (why is this never permanent - I don't know ;-) - akonadi crashed.
Kmail2 remains unresponsive.

- Custom settings of the application:
3rd restart after recently switching from mysql backend to sqlite backend after
the 4.7.0 upgrade.
