The short preview in the tooltip only appears after Nepomuk indexes the content
of the mail.

It seems the tooltip always display the preview with the same encoding no
matter the original email encoding. On my system, it seems the tooltip is
always displayed with ISO-8859-1 encoding. My system uses only UTF-8, my locale
is fr_FR.UTF-8.
