I have the same endless loop. Maybe it will stop after x times I click on "Ok"
but I already clicked the dialog away 10 times now.

The dialog text is: "The mail index for 'debian' is corrupted and will be
regenerated now, but some information, including status flags, will be lost".

It's fine by me, just start regenerate and start up my kmail so I can check my
emails.

I just killed the kmail process and start kmail again. Emails in the 'debian'
folder are present so I guess the regeneration was successful.

That is KMail 1.13.6; KDE 4.6.2; Fedora 14.
