If your spam filter is applied as well, when you manually trigger the filters,
bug #266154 may well be a duplicate of this one.

Is this still not enough info?
If so, I'd be happy to provide it (e.g. my kmail2rc) if someone told me what
parts, if any, I should blank out for security and privacy reasons.
