Same to me. My KMail-1.13.5 (KDE 4.6.2) mixes up the SMTP accounts as well.

If I change the server for outgoing mails from the standard to any other (e.g.
server ABC) KMail will try to log on to the standard server with username and
password from the server chosen by me (ABC). 

Reproducible at any time when sending emails with servers for outgoing mails
being not the standard.
