When I press ctrl-a, select all, while focus in in the message text display
subwindow, all emails in the message _list_ above are selected.

Selecting a few thousand messages takes quite a bit of time which the user
might try pressing other buttons. While pressing Del in this situation is not
very likely, this is a potential disaster waiting to happen.

I have no idea if this will be fixed with the new KDE PIM suite anyway, but I
think it's way too dangerous an issue not to file to file this bug, anyway.

Filing as major as this can potentially destroy data. If you disagree, feel
free to re-adjust. I simply wanted to default to safety and make sure this is
seen.
