Summary: Creating folder doesn't respect imap hierarchy
delimiter when having > 2 levels
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.13.6
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: IMAP
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: p.heinlein at heinlein-support.de

Screenshot from kmail

Version: 1.13.6 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Looks like Kmail always uses "." as IMAP namespace hierarchy delimiter, even if
the server announces "/" and even if kmail uses "/" in every other situation.

See the attached screenshot: It's running with "/" (e.g: INBOX/foo). But when
KMail has to create a new sub-sub-folder it's using suddenly "." again (e.g.:
INBOX/foo.bar instead of INBOX/foo/bar).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use an IMAP-sever with "/" as delimter,
create two sublevels of IMAP-folder

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.1-1.2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
