That means the libmysqlclient used to build Qt is not the same as the one
currently installed on your system

I have no idea how Arch or Chakra works, but that reveals an installation
problem.

Two solutions: 
- either rebuild the sql plugins with the libmysqlclient package you currently
have
- Install whatever provides libmysqlclient16
