In kmail message body, when right-clicking in the scrollbar doesnt show the kde
default options but it shows the same right-click entries when right-clicking
in the message body.

Reproducible: Always




OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.36.2-desktop-2mnb
Compiler: gcc
