Difficult to digest "Expire Properties" dialog

In version 4:4.5~20100930.1181090-1maemo1.1180919_094336 , "Expire Properties"
can be selected from the Actions flaps' "Folder" section if a remote folder is
selected.

The dialog is difficult to understand.
