Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.5.1)

Normally kmail/kontact shows a short sender address in the message list 
(e.g. "John Doe")

If there are many JD's mailing, you cannot distinguish them unless you check
tooltips or open every email

It would be better to use a different style, like other email clients do

(e.g. "John Doe" <john.doe at example.com>)
