Sorry for crippled initial description.

After a fresh install, registering a kolab account asks confusingly many
questions at a high speed (i.e. while reading/answering one questions, the next
one comes up).

This includes questions from kwallet and confirmation of certificates.

It might be possible to combine some questions or add options.
