Neither can I mark a message as read/unread nor can I do "mark all messages in
this folder as read". Well I can, but it doesn't do anything. Having a message
open for a few seconds will turn it to read, though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Select multiple emails.
Right click - select "mark messages as unread" or right click folder and select
"mark all messages as read".

Actual Results:  
First all messages turn read, but then turn back to unread.

Expected Results:  
turn read, stay read... ;-)

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-25-generic
