This is annoying : when I want to end my session, and I haven't used kmail
during the session, kmail asks for the kwallet password : so the kde logout
step takes so much time

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
setup kmail with several accounts (imap & disconnected ilmap for me). Use
kwallet to store password informations. Logout. Login, do whatever you want on
KDE withour using kmail/kwallet. Logout using the K-menu entry. 

Actual Results:  
The kwallet popup shows saying that kmail want to access the kwallet
informations.

Expected Results:  
because I logout I don't want kmail to check emails or send a disconnect
message to the mail servers.
