Hi,

I think, I have the same problem : 
'Sent' mails and 'received' mails of a discussion are not linked in a same
thread.
I always must switch between 'sent' folder and 'inbox' folder to read back a
discussion.

On gmail interface, for example, when you look a discussion, all mails (sent
and received) are displayed in the thread regardless of folder('sent' or
'inbox').
