KDE upgrade ignores the dialer selected by the user, replacing it with Skype. 
The previous setting is lost.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. 
Tell KAddressBook to make a phone call.

Actual Results:

skype not found

Expected Results:  
1.
Use the previously selected dialer (as of 4.3.5) to make the call.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.2-desktop
