Sorry, cannot reproduce it anymore. I triggered it just one time. If I remember
correctly I was playing with selection of identities in the "IMAP settings" tab
while configuring an IMAP, but I cannot really tell for sure.

I'm sorry I can't help you.

BTW: working with KDE 4.5.1, Kontact 4.4.6 and Qt 4.6.3 now.
