I have Kubuntu Lucid 10.04 on one machine with kontact from kde 4.4 and another
with kontact from kde 4.5. On both machines the help action opens the kontact
handbook in khelpcenter.
Aere, please launch "$ sudo apt-get install kdepim-doc" in konsole, you don't
have the kdepim documentation installed. In Lucid that is a separate package.
I'm sure this will solve your issue, please close this bug then.
