Works in 4:4.5~20100917.1176264-1maemo1.1174921.

Wrt to Bernhards first comment
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=242808#c1), the fix present is about
local folders. The kolab issue (create folders) is neither solved in the
mobile, nor in the stationary kontact, as reported in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251590 .
