That's wrong.

The documentation for kaddressbook in kdepim was removed sometime in 4.4.x?
afair, that explains "The file or folder help:/kaddressbook/index.html does not
exist".
In 4.4.5 the help action of KMail launches a userbase page as temporarily
replacement for a docbbok documentation shipped with kdepim.
