After clicking on the Mark All Mails as Read on a shared folder containing at
least 300 unread emails, the user can see that number decreased a few at a time
(less by 10 unread emails moved as read at a time).

It takes a long time for the unread count to be down to 0 and disappear whereas
in the desktop version it is instantaneous.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisite: subscribe to a shared folder containing at least 300 unread
emails
- Launch Kmail-mobile
- Select the shared folder containing 300 unread email
- Open 'Actions' tab
- Click on 'Mark All Mails as Read'

Actual Results:  
The number of unread emails decrease little by little until it reaches 0 and
the 'Unread: X' mention totally disappear

Expected Results:  
The user should not see the number of unread emails decrease. It should be
instantaneously down to 0 and the unread mention should disappear at once too.
