Unchecking the Server-side subscription check box crashes kmail-mobile.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
-- Launch Kmail-mobile
- Click on your Imap account
- Open the 'Actions' tab
- Click on 'Account'
- Click on 'Edit account'
- Uncheck the 'Enable Server-Side Subscriptions check box
- Click on 'Ok'


Actual Results:  
Kmail-mobile crashes while the Imap resource syncs.

However, when relaunched Kmail-mobile does not display shared folders anymore.

Expected Results:  
Kmail-mobile should not crash.
