Version:           4.5 (using KDE 4.5.0)

The IMAP resource does not work with the IMAP-server from Nokia's Ovi service
(imap.mail.ovi.com).
The Migrator tool claimed, that UIDPLUS is missing. But Ovi works with every
other client I use.

Add a IMAP resource for Ovi
