I retested this today and it is in fact possible to scroll down in the Local
Subscription dialogue as long as you scroll between the Name zone and the black
zone (See snapshot included).

This is a very small zone (only two folders at a time can be seen in it which
really does not make it easy to select or unselect folders.

Would it be possible to reduce the 'Ok' button black zone and increase the
scrolling zone instead?
