With kontact/kmail in releases prior to OpenSUSE 11.3, quitting and restarting
kontact (even after a crash of kontact) would restore the previous state of all
composer windows (without having being prompted to save these to Drafts). I
have also tried this with KDE 4.5.1 on openSUSE 11.3 (i.e. kontact v4.4.5 and
kmail v1.13.5).
