was work slowly but "ok" for beta version but since some weeks syncing has stop
to work, so I have access to kmail and my emails are until 18/aug.  The problem
was started with kmail version from kde from trunk 4.5.64 and now after upgrade
to 4.5.66 the problem is still there (kmail 2.0.89)
