After switching my user from KDE 4.4 to KDE 4.5 (including kdepim 4.5) I can no
longer start KMail. It fails with

Could not create collection

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Compiled and installed kde 4.5 (including kdepim 4.5). Switching my KDE 4.4
user to KDE 4.5 results in a startup failure for kmail. Akonadi diagnostic
shows no problems, but the error log states the following on KDE startup:

Actual Results:  
Akonadi diagnostic shows no problems, but the error log states the following on

Expected Results:  
KMail should simply start up and work like before. 

Updating my existing kde 4.4 kdepim to 4.5 results in an automatic conversion
to the new nepomuk based akonadi format (whatever this means). There were no
error messages during the conversion, but starting KMail (oder Kontact) always
fails now.

I am not sure if this is in fact only akonadi related and no error of kmail 2.
Perhaps the conversion to the new nepomuk format failed somehow.
