Fake UI with fake conversation about useful features

While the backbone is being worked on, I’d like to talk about the frontend,
too.

This draft is most likely neither complete nor good, but the features they talk
about should be in the there in the end:
* standards-compliant preset buttons, which add <strong> instead of <b>, <em>
instead of <i>, <span class="color_red"> instead of <font color="red">/<span
style="color: red;">, …
* ability to add scripted buttons and dropdown-lists, reorder them, and so on
* ability to switch between visual editing and source-code editing without loss
of function (buttons should work on both)
* minimal ui
