That same version was known to have issues with account registration. Which
kind of accounts were registered? Also, I opt for opening a new issue, this
bugtrackers "collapse comment" feature is imho not enough to make any sense of
this report in sensible time (I just counted - 14 lines of readible comments on
one screen!).
