Kolab is not shown in the account list for kmail anymore intentionally (it's
not a mail account after all, was a side-effect of the notes/mail MIME type
inheritance).

It should of course show up in the other apps. Do you have other resources
configured there besides Kolab (e.g. local ical/vcard files)? Do they show up?
