Kleopatra v2.0.12
When creating a new certificate and selecting "Advanced Settings", the "Valid
until" option uses a "mm/dd/yy" date format instead of whatever the user has
set in the "Regional and Language" control panel. I always use an "yyyy-mm-dd"
ISO date format, so seing this date format was rather confusing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Check your "Regional and Language" control panel; make sure you use an ISO
date format.
1. Start Kleopatra.
2. Select "File": "New Certificate". This opens a wizard.
3. On the first wizard page, select the OpenPGP option (the top button).
(Also, it's confusing that both buttons AND the "Next" button advance to the
next step; those buttons should be made into radio buttons.)
4. On the second page, click the "Advanced Settings" button. This opens a
dialog.
5. Select the second tab, "Technical Details".
6. Play around with the "Valid until" option; you'll see it uses an American
date format.
