Can confirm the exactly same behavior.

The Email is sent to the full adresses but it is not displayed in the to-field
and the other fields. The field ist inaccessible. Same problem on hitting enter
as on clicking with the mouse after getting suggestions from the adressbook.

Bug 244880 seems the same phaenomenon

Kubuntu 10.10 with KDE 4.5.1, KMAIL 1.3.5
