When restarting, KMail the folder tree is not collapsed/expanded in the same
manner as when it was previously shut down.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KMail
2. Configure some incoming accounts (I have 4 in my setup)
3. Completely expand the folder tree for these accounts
4. Close KMail

Actual Results:  
Upon restart the folder tree will not be completely expanded. Sometimes it is
completely collapsed. Sometimes it is only partially collapsed.

Expected Results:  
The folder tree should be in the same state as when KMail was closed
previously.
