Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.5.2) 
OS:                Linux

I enabled "Prefer HTML to plain text" from Security and by doing that KMail
lost several settings, eg: message list view, system tray, date format, message
window options, maybe smth more (I can't remember everything I had customized).

Reproducible: Didn't try
