It would be nice to have a context menu entry 'display note in panel' for quick
access to enable displaying note in window list. The entry should be in the
context menu shown if the user clicks right on the title bar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
do right click on the title bar on new created note

Actual Results:  
context menu is shown but no entry 'display note in panel'

Expected Results:  
context menu is shown entry 'display note in panel' is shown too

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.36-rc6
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
