Confirmed with kmail 1.13.5/KDE 4.4.5.

The dialog is even more inconsistent. Changes in the drop down are applied on
the fly, this means the both 'Apply' and the 'Cancel' are useless. So there are
two options:

1. Apply changes on the fly and only have the OK button
2. Apply changes only when 'Apply' or 'OK' is clicked, the latter would close
the dialog, the first not. Clicking 'Cancel' should close the dialog without
any changes.

I suggest two use option 2 since it is more KDE'ish.
