Summary: Inline images in HTML mail do not count as "demand"
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.13.5
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: messageviewer
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: sybren at stuvel.eu

Version: 1.13.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

My KMail is connected to an IMAP server, and I have the "load attachments on
demand" setting enabled. When I receive a HTML mail that contains inline
attached images, they aren't shown. Apparently viewing those does not count
towards the "on demand" loading of attachments.

When I view the message source the entire message is downloaded, and images are
displayed correctly.

Expected behaviour: viewing a HTML mail with attached inline images shows the
images too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set up an IMAP account with "load attachments on demand" enabled.
Open a HTML mail with inline attached images.

Actual Results:
Images are not shown. Instead a placeholder is shown with the filename in it.

Expected Results:
The attached images are loaded from the IMAP server and shown.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-25-generic
Compiler: cc
