Thanks. You can find the information on how to generate a valid backtrace at
http://techbase.kde.org/User:DarioAndres/CreateUsefulReports , that document
also gives you some hints about the required debuginfo packages. (you probably
need to install the "kdepim4-debuginfo" package)
