After a crash of kmail, I lost a part of my settings. This had caused my dIMAP
folders being blue, as the "close to quota threshold" setting in
Apparence/Colors had been reset to 0%.
- ticking "Use Custom colors",
- setting the quota threshold to 90%,
- and unticking "Use custom colors"
solved the problem. However, all the customized colors (which were the default
ones) are now black.

It seems that the quota threshold does not depends on the "Use custom colors"
checkbox, and so shouldn't be hidden when the checkbox is ticked.
