Tried to change the time of a task with the Time Selection dialog, but it
displayed 0 0 and it wasn't possible to change anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start to create a task.
2. Click on the start time.
3. Try to change the time.

Actual Results:  
Dialog shows 0 0 and is not changable.

Expected Results:  
Should show the preselected time and should be changable.
