The Categories are not visible

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Open a Contact and go to edit
2.) Click on Categories


Actual Results:  
I see a list with choosen boxes. But no Names inside it.

Expected Results:  
[x] my buzzword
