And still in 4.5.2.

To clarify (because the original complaint was a bit ambiguous):

When replying to an email, an attachment is downloaded in full, even though it
is not included into the reply. This is annoying if there is a 10 meg
attachment and one is using a slow connection.

Default behaviour should be to NEITHER download nor include an attachment.

I this still the right place for the bug, given that we now have kontact? How
can we make this more visible to developers? Sounds not terribly difficult to
fix...
