What I was doing when the application crashed:
I have three IMAP accounts.  When I start Kmail, it asks me for passwords for
the accounts.  It crashed between the 2nd and the 3rd password.  I am unable to
start Kmail now because it crashes every time.  The third account is at GMAIL.
