I also get the "No resource agents found." issue sometimes. It says "The
following paths have been searched: '/usr/share/akonadi/agents
/usr/share/akonadi/agents'." and I wondered whether it searches
'/usr/share/akonadi/agents /usr/share/akonadi/agents' or
'/usr/share/akonadi/agents' twice. The former would obviously fail...

It seems to be the exact same issue as the original report and it is very
annoying because Akonadi in principle is working correctly.

I'm also on Kubuntu.
