I do not have this problem, but I really believe the check (and some sane
autocorrections like remove spaces or may be even Realnames) should be done
when the user attempts to leave the field. That would allow to paste an
emailaddress and fix it (remove <> or Realnames), if necessary. The way it
works now, there is not even a feedback.
