Hej,

in this case you should start with a clean akonadi environment, meaning remove
all files

  rm -Rf $HOME/.local/share/akonadi
  rm -Rf $HOME/.config/akonadi
  rm -Rf $HOME/.kde/share/config/akonadi*

(of course while Akonadi server is not running ;))
